Known Issues:
Graphic/Visual Bug
This is a known issue on some Pico headsets, and in most cases the steps below fix it.
Please follow the steps below in order:
- Connect to Wi-Fi
- Make sure your headset is connected to Wi-Fi and stays connected for every step below.
- Update your headset’s system software
- Go to Settings > General > System Version (or Library > System Upgrade). If an update is available, tap Online Upgrade. Your headset restarts automatically when the update is done. Repeat until no more updates are offered.
- Pico 4 / Pico 4 Pro: you should be on 5.13.7 or newer
- Pico 4 Ultra: you should be on 5.15.7 or newer
- Uninstall Walkabout Mini Golf
- Go to Library, find Walkabout Mini Golf, and uninstall it.
- Reinstall Walkabout Mini Golf
- Reinstall it from Library > Not Installed. If it doesn’t appear there, restart your headset and check again.
- Restart your headset
- Once the install finishes, restart your headset while connected to Wi-Fi, then launch Walkabout.
- If it still looks wrong, give it some time
- Leave your headset on and connected to Wi-Fi for a while (for example, overnight on the charger), then restart it and try again. For some headsets, the fix only took effect a day later.
- If you still see the issue after all six steps, please reply with:
- Your headset model (Pico 4, Pico 4 Pro, or Pico 4 Ultra)
- Your system version (shown under Settings > General > System Version)
- Which country or region your headset is set to
